The Center for Educational Advancement and Spring Run School always strive to maintain quality services to all of our customers. This includes our program participants, students, referring agencies, and companies that we work with. Each year we survey customers, as a means to see how we are doing, and where we need to make improvements.

 

Packaging/ Production Group

 

Companies were surveyed on their level of satisfaction with the job CEA had done. For the third consecutive year, 100 % of PPG customers answered that their expectations had been met. Again, for at least three consecutive years, 100 % of customers answered that they were satisfied with both timeliness of work and with quality control. Eighty-two percent of respondents felt that the prices at CEA were average or lower.

 

Some of the comments made by PPG customers include:

“We are happy to have you assisting us. Kudos to everyone!”

“Extremely professional environment.”

“A gem for our community.”

 

Employment Services Group

 

Program participants were surveyed on their satisfaction with the program. Individuals responded from our Extended Employment, Work Adjustment, Skills, and Vocational Evaluation Programs. Ninety seven percent responded that they had a good to excellent experience at CEA.

 

Some of the comments made by program participants included:

“ I am learning how to do different jobs.”

“The book (Office Technologies) is very concise and the instructor is available to answer questions or try to assist in working out problems.”

“I enjoy the jobs I do.”

“This program is basically good.”

 

Employment Services Group Vendor Survey

 

The Employment Services Group seeks feedback from other nonprofit agencies that make referrals, or work with mutual clients. Results of the 2007 survey resulted in a positive response by 100 % of respondents in four areas:

  • Overall satisfaction with services
  • Timeliness of response by CEA staff
  • Satisfaction that client needs were met
  • Willingness to refer again
 

Comments made by other agencies include:

“CEA provides a safe, secure, and supportive environment for its members and strives to meet their needs.”

“Personnel is a real bonus-Everyone is client centered and dedicated. Clients benefit from from the good atmosphere.”

“Good and caring people, I will continue to refer clients.”
