Employment Services Group
The Employment Services Group provides education, assessment, job readiness, job placement, and job support services to individuals with disadvantages or disabilities to work. There are services available for individuals with varied needs. At CEA you can receive training in current computer systems used in today’s offices, gain help in finding a variety of jobs in the competitive market, or remain at CEA to work in packaging/assembly, or food service on jobs at a level right for you.
CEA is accredited by CARF(Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) in five Employment Service areas:
- Employment Skills Training
- Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation Services
- Employee Development Services
- Organizational Employment Services (Extended Employment)
- Community Employment Services (Job Placement, Coaching, and Support)
TEAM Youth is an exciting, paid training program to help young people get off to a good start in the work world.
Transition to Work Services are available to students of Spring Run School and to other in-school youth as arranged through their school district.
Most services are provided at no cost to the participant.
